Job Description:
- Monitor the daily KPI through BSC6000 and M2000.
- Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the Handover, Location Update, Paging & CSSR in designated area, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
- Responsible for testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.
- Discuss the frequency retunes requests with team leader for designated area.
- Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of area.
- Change and able to execute the radio related parameters, by using the script on M2000.
- Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information.
- Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization & Tuning.
- Ability to use the following tools: ATOL, M2000, BSC6000, Tems Investigation and MapInfo.
