OSS Solution Architect/Systems Analyst (OSS/BSS/eTOM) NGOSS and SID My client is looking for a Solutions Architect/Business & Systems Analyst with the following experience: OSS stack & process, BSS, eTOM layers (understanding & capturing requirements) Reporting to the System Architecture and Design Manager, the Business and Systems Analyst role has the responsibility for analysing and/or specifying requirements with customers, internal clients and vendors with the aim of producing business requirements documentation for the design team to use to create high-level and low-level design documentation sets sufficient to pass to the build teams. The candidate will be responsible for analysing high level technical and business processes and aiding the design team to steer the conceptual design documentation so that good understanding is developed for producing high-level and low-level design documentation sets. The ideal candidate will have Business Analysis experience in the Telecom & ISP sectors or similar environments. The candidate should have an in-depth Analysis background and be able lead meetings with third parties with the aim of extracting requirements on multiple levels of the business from Network to BSS systems. You will be working closely with architects and thus a comprehensive systems analysis background is required in order to understand and apply requirements. The candidate will have experience of eTOM and it's process blocks. Essential general skills Demonstrable knowledge of full business process modelling And understanding of Systems and infrastructure design within an enterprise environment Excellent documentation skills Experience working within a large vendor environment in a BA role Process driven and organisational approach to work The ability to work unaided and to produce ontime Commercial awareness or the customer and the products being offered in relation to the functionality Thorough understanding of assurance OSS stack & processes (Test and Diagnostics, trouble tickets, alarms, test, performance, QoS) Experience of process workflows, scenarios, exceptions, inventory data, Interface designs A good understanding of the NGOSS model and SID model Exposure to addressing non-functional requirements Ability to work in virtual teams Ability to work and deliver under pressure Leadership qualities and passion for learning new concepts Send your CV now for a quick response OSS Solution Architect/Systems Analyst (OSS/BSS/eTOM) NGOSS and SID
