OSS manager required for SWAP Project. The right person be experienced on both Siemens Radio Commander, Nokia NetAct as well as the Configuration Management Tool. Experience on Global Cluster as well as being able to follow up the current plan and deliver and get involved in future plans for installation is important Contract is initially 3 months but with a good possibility of extension.
