Temasek Could Sell Indosat Stake
Temasek Holdings Pte, a Singaporean state owned investment company, will probably sell its
stake PT Indosat rather than one in PT Telekomunikasi Selular if it has to divest, according to
CIMB GK Research and DBS Holdings Ltd. Temasek on May 9 lost an appeal against an antitrust
ruling and was ordered to sell its stake in either mobile phone company within a year. Indonesia
district court upheld the ruling that Temasek breached antitrust laws by using its holdings in the
country two biggest wireless operators to fix prices. (Jakarta Post-pg21)
