XL Reached Call Center Award
PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (XL) achieve Call Center Award 2008 from Center for Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (CCSL). XL reached that award for telecommunication industry. “The existence of XL Call center is one of our cares to subscriber,” said Ferry Febriandani, Head of Contact Management XL.
